Shipping Policy

Information about your package will be sent to you by e-mail upon processing by our shipping department. Eventually a tracking number and the URL where you can check your package location will be supplied depending on the shipping method you selected.

All orders placed before 16H00 (4PM) of an open day are shipped that very same day. After 16H00, packages are sent the next open day.

The following methods are available for shipping:

- First Class (UK Only) : Takes 1 to 3 days.
- Next Day (UK only) : Packages are delivered next open day.

- Europe Parcel Force: Takes 2 to 7 days to Europe.
- World Wide (Rest of the World) Parcel Force: Varies depending on distance and country.
