UK Affiliation Program Quick Tutorial
Here
we would like to explain you how to use our Affiliation
Program in your web site pages.
There
is 3 important parts in creating a link to Divineo shop :
1.
Your link must always starts with:
http://www.divineo.co.uk/php/affstart.php
2. To make money with our affiliation program you need to
add your Affil ID to the link.
3. If you want to link to a specific product page you need
to submit the Product ID.
How
to find out my Affil ID ?
The
Affil-ID is the name you selected and received by email
when registering for Divineo UK affiliation program. You
must include it in the your link to make sure each sale
commission is paid to you.
How
to find out a product ID ?
When
you are on any Divineo Product Page (the product individual
page), the URL in your browser is under the form: http://www.divineo.co.uk/cgi-bin/div-uk/xxxxx.html
or http://www.divineo.co.uk/cgi-bin/div-uk/xxxxx
In both cases 'xxxxx
' is the product ID.
For example in: http://www.divineo.co.uk/cgi-bin/div-uk/us-gc-nlc.html
The product ID is us-gc-nlc
IMPORTANT:
Product ID are case sensitive, so us-gc-nlc is different
than US-GC-NLC
This is how a link to a product-page
should look like:
http://www.divineo.co.uk/php/affstart.php?affcode=YOUR-AFFIL-ID&prod=PRODUCT-ID
If you want to link to our Shop-Homepage simply leave the
product-id empty!
This
is how a link to the shophomepage should look like:
http://www.divineo.co.uk/php/affstart.php?affcode=YOUR-AFFIL-ID

Of
course you can use all kind of Images, Flash Files, Texts
and Popups to link to our pages. What’s important is the link, that must include
your Affil ID at all times!

Tool tip texts are the alternate texts that appear when you pass your mouse over the link.
